A Tanishq partner and among India’s leading omni-channel jewellery chain, CaratLane, Friday launched their second retail outlet at Chandrasekharpur in the city. With this unveil, the jewellery brand has presence with 13 stores in the Eastern region and 69 in the country. Founder and CEO of CaratLane Mithun Sacheti and franchise owner of Tanishq, Bhubaneswar Manik Hans were also present at the impressive opening ceremony of the swanky new store that is spread across 2,000 square ft.

It will offer buyers unique shopping experience, Sacheti said and added, “We want people to have access to contemporary jewellery which they can wear every day to make each day a Diwali celebration. CaratLane stores are very different from the typical Indian jewellery stores. The virtual try-on ‘magic-mirror’, a solitaire corner and an extremely helpful team of experts, are what makes shopper’s experience exceptional, added Sacheti. We are looking forward to welcoming the residents of Bhubaneswar to a whole new experience that will help them discover fine jewellery like never before.”

He added that CaratLane’s business is thriving and the company has posted impressive sales growth of 75 per cent in second quarter of current fiscal. He said that demand of diamond jewellery of CaratLane is among the fast movers. Sacheti is optimistic of growing business in the state and there are solid plans for retail expansion with two new branded stores by the end of the year.
