Officials from the Royal Thai Embassy and the Thai Trade Centre recently visited the GJEPC Regional Office in Jaipur on July 4th. Their aim was to explore avenues for strengthening bilateral trade in the gems and jewellery sector between Thailand and India

On July 4th, officials from the Royal Thai Embassy and the Thai Trade Centre visited the GJEPC Regional Office in Jaipur. Ms. Suchira Panchana, Minister Counsellor (Commercial), Mr. Narathip Raksakit, Counsellor (Commercial), and Mr. Bobby Gupta, Trade Officer, were warmly received by Mr. Nirmal Bardiya, GJEPC Regional Chairman – Rajasthan, along with other members of the Committee of Administration (CoA) and Regional Committee.

The discussions focused on bolstering bilateral trade relations and fostering greater cooperation in the gems and jewellery sector. Both sides affirmed their dedication to utilizing this partnership to enhance trade opportunities and promote economic growth between Thailand and India.
