Known for celebrating individuality, craftsmanship, and meaningful design, Irasva continues to redefine the bridal jewellery space with modern sensibilities rooted in tradition. The new collection forms part of the brand’s broader bridal offerings, which include Amara (classic silhouettes symbolising eternal love), Polki (a revival of Mughal grandeur), and Diamond Jewellery (contemporary elegance).

At the heart of the unveiling is Rüh — an edit inspired by Pichwai, the 400-year-old sacred art form from Nathdwara, Rajasthan. Reimagined for today’s confident and expressive bride, the collection extends its appeal to her closest circle — mothers, sisters, and bridesmaids. Each piece is designed to be heirloom-worthy, carrying forward a narrative that is both personal and timeless.

Drawing on the symbolism of Pichwai, the jewellery features hand-painted motifs such as the lotus (purity and awakening), tree branches (growth and rootedness), and deep blue backdrops that nod to Krishna and the cosmic ether. Crafted in coloured enamel, these miniature artworks offer a striking modern contrast, allowing the pieces to be worn beyond the wedding day with both traditional and western ensembles.

From chandbalis to statement rings, every jewel in the collection is hand-painted by skilled artisans using fine brushes and a meticulous devotion to detail, ensuring no two creations are alike.

Speaking on the launch, Leshna Shah, Founder & Creative Director of Irasva, said, “The Rüh Collection is a tribute to the soul of Indian heritage — delicate yet powerful, intricate yet intentional. Inspired by the Pichwai art technique, each piece draws from sacred motifs like the lotus and the kadamba tree — symbols of purity, growth, and divine connection. Rüh is not just adornment, it is the soul made visible.”

With Rüh, Irasva reinforces its vision of marrying traditional Indian art forms with modern design innovation, offering bridal jewellery that goes beyond ornamentation to become wearable expressions of heritage, devotion, and identity.
