PMJ Jewels announced the opening of a new store in Anakapalle, Andhra Pradesh, on December 1 2025. The showroom is located beside DCB Bank on the Main Road and marks the brand’s continued expansion in South India.
The retailer, which has operated for 60 years, stated that the new store houses more than 20,000 handcrafted designs. The product range includes bridal jewellery, groom collections, half-saree sets, gifting lines, occasion wear, lightweight pieces, celebration rings, mangalsutras and the PMJ Jewels Superstar bracelet.
The store was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Ramkey, son-in-law of Shri Konathala Ramakrishna, MLA of the Anakapalle Constituency. Addressing attendees, he said the new showroom provides customers in the region greater access to established craftsmanship and strengthens the city’s jewellery retail landscape.
PMJ Jewels will conduct a 10-day jewellery exhibition at the new store as part of the launch activities. The exhibition will feature rare designs, limited-edition bridal jewellery and pieces aligned with regional traditions across South India.
State Head Hyder Ali said the store aims to build long-term customer relationships in Anakapalle, while Cluster Head Anand Jilagam noted that the expansion aligns with the brand’s focus on craftsmanship and service.
The company highlighted its use of Diamond Testing Machines (DTMs) across stores to support transparency. All jewellery is produced by in-house karigars, following the brand’s emphasis on handcrafted manufacturing.
