GIVA has launched VEDA, a premium jewellery retail format, in Bangalore in March 2026, marking its entry into experiential and high-value jewellery retail.

The new store format is positioned as a destination-led concept combining curated collections, private consultations, and personalized buying experiences. It includes a dedicated private viewing room designed for customized interactions and milestone purchases.

VEDA’s product offering spans silver and gold jewellery collections. The silver range includes Kundan, pearl, and temple jewellery, while the gold portfolio covers everyday wear, occasion jewellery, Polki designs, and lab-grown diamond collections.

According to the company, all jewellery is ethically sourced and fully traceable from origin to final product, with certification for quality and authenticity. The brand stated that its lab-grown diamonds are 'chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, but created with zero environmental impact.'

The retailer is also offering a 0% gold deduction policy on exchanges, aimed at ensuring full value realisation for consumers without additional charges.

VEDA includes a made-to-order service, allowing customers to commission customised jewellery with a delivery timeline of 12 to 14 days. The pieces are handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques combined with contemporary design approaches.

The launch reflects a growing focus among organised jewellery retailers on experience-led formats, customisation, and transparency to address evolving consumer expectations in premium segments.
