Tribe Amrapali has opened its fourth store in Chennai at Terminal 2 of Chennai International Airport, taking its retail network to 44 stores across India. The opening follows the launch of its third Chennai store at Terminal 4, with both outlets opening within a span of 10 days.

The latest store offers a selection of sculptural silver jewellery, layered necklaces, stackable rings, everyday statement pieces and gifting options. Located within the airport, the outlet is positioned to serve domestic and international travellers.

The expansion strengthens Tribe Amrapali’s presence across Chennai’s travel hubs as the brand continues to build its physical retail network across cities and high-footfall destinations. The company said Chennai remains an important market given the city’s cultural and design influences, including temple jewellery, mythology, classical dance and temple architecture.

Akanksha Arora, CEO, Tribe Amrapali, said the two airport openings within 10 days reflect the importance of Chennai to the brand’s retail expansion and its effort to bring Indian craftsmanship and design to a wider consumer base.

Founded as an e-commerce store in 2013, Tribe Amrapali focuses primarily on silver, gold-plated silver and fashion jewellery, translating Indian folklore and symbolism into contemporary designs.
