Registrations for the 7th Annual Meeting of the World Diamond Council (WDC) have been initiated on a dedicated mini-website at www.diamond-hamber.ru/wdceng.htm.The event, planned from July 14-15 2010 in St. Petersburg, Russia, is being prepared to promote networking amongst industry professionals in a conducive environment. For this, the Plenary Meeting and other segments of the event are being juxtaposed against St. Petersburg's most stunning landmarks as venues, and interspersed with entertainment. %% The Proceedings and Committee meetings are slated for July 14 and the WDC Plenary Meeting for July 15. The organizers have introduced some lighter segments like visits to the State Hermitage, one of the world's most celebrated museums, and the Peterhof, which is a complex of palaces and fountains that is often referred to as the ‘Russian Versailles’, cultural programmes apart from the gala dinner to conclude events on July 15. %% The event is being hosted by the Diamond Chamber of Russia.
