Rockwell Diamonds has announced its financial results for the first half of the year ending August 31, 2010. Accordingly, its production level from three mines stood at 14,168 carats rising 18 percent. Rough diamonds sales valued $17.7 million rising 118 percent with average price of $1,243 per carat. %% Sales included three tender sales. Also, the first half ended with a loss of $1 million, which showed improvement from the $6.6 million worth of loss in the first half last year.
