According to industry reports and company announcements, the vertical integration is designed to reduce reliance on external suppliers, improve cost efficiencies, bolster quality consistency and accelerate product development cycles. The fresh capital is earmarked for strengthening design capabilities and scaling retail operations nationwide.

Limelight’s current footprint — comprising exclusive brand outlets and shop-in-shop formats across more than 40 cities — will form the foundation for this next phase of growth. Company leadership has highlighted 2025–26 as a pivotal period for franchise partner onboarding, market penetration drives and brand visibility enhancement to support the 200-store target by 2027.
