Lalithaa Jewellery Mart sets IPO price band at Rs 190–201

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart will open its IPO on August 17, 2026, with a Rs 190–201 price band, seeking up to Rs 1,700 crore through a fresh issue and a promoter offer-for-sale.

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited has fixed the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 190–201 per equity share of ?5 face value. The issue will open on August 17 and close on August 19, 2026.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 1,200 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to Rs 500 crore by promoter M. Kiran Kumar Jain, taking the total offer size to Rs 1,700 crore.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 74 equity shares and in multiples of 74 thereafter. The company had 499,977,156 equity shares outstanding as of the date of the announcement.

Lalithaa Jewellery operates across gold, silver and diamond jewellery, with 61 stores in 51 cities across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Puducherry as of March 31, 2026. Its total operational retail area stood at 650,881 sq ft.

In FY26, 45 of its 61 stores were located in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, contributing 60.25% of revenue. The company also operated 51 stores with individual areas exceeding 5,000 sq ft, including 39 in Tier-II and Tier-III cities.

Lalithaa operates two manufacturing facilities in Tamil Nadu, located at Thirumudivakkam, Chennai, and Maraimalai, Kanchipuram. The Chennai facility commenced operations in December 2024.

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 25,023.93 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 16,788.05 crore in FY24. Net profit increased to Rs 1,009.82 crore from Rs 359.83 crore over the same period.
