Ratnalaya Jewellers, the Patna-based jewellery company with a legacy of more than 100 years, has come up with a brand-new website.

Ratnalaya offers a complete range of jewellery, including platinum, diamond (including solitaires), gold, and silver.

Talking about the need to revamp the website, Saket Keshri, the third-generation jeweller of the family-owned business, said, “Life is all about evolving, and you have to evolve with the times in your professional life as well. The times have changed so much in the past few years – earlier, the customer used to come to you. Now, you have to go to the customer. In the past six-seven years, we have revamped our website three to four times. I believe, you need to change your look, the way you present yourself as a company as time goes by. Every one and a half years, you should revamp yourself.”

The new website is e-commerce-focused, and has a user-friendly interface. “We want to enhance the customer experience,” Keshri said, adding, “We aim to be an experience for our customers, and not just a jewellery brand. Our message is simple – Jahan Internet, wahan Ratnalaya (where there is Internet, there is Ratnalaya.”
